What we store
Your interview kits — the tasks, questions, candidates, answers and notes you create — and the email address you sign in with. That's it. No password is ever stored, because there isn't one.
Who sees it
You. Nothing is shared automatically, with anyone. When you create a share link, it shows only the parts you chose to include, to the people you give the link to. You can revoke any share link at any time and it stops working immediately.
Before you sign in
You can build a kit without an account. Until you sign in, the kit is connected to your browser rather than to you. Signing in saves it to your email address so you can come back to it on any device.
Deleting your information
Deleting a kit removes everything recorded in it — candidates, answers, notes and share links — permanently. If you want your whole account and every trace removed, email hello@betterbeingme.com.au and it will be done.
What we measure
We count things like “how many people finish building a kit” so we can make the tool less effortful. We don't record what you type in your answers or notes for analytics, and we don't sell or share your information with anyone.
